How can I give?

Give

Supporting one another is part of the ethos of the college – students support one another, staff support one another, staff support students, and as a college we seek to support the wider church. But we see this support as mutual, and value the support that individuals and churches give to the work that is done here.
There are a number of ways you can support us through what you give.
Prayer – give regular prayer for the life and ministry of the college is vital
Giving – whether you give regularly or as a one-off donation we rely on the generosity of people to help maintain and grow the ministry of the college.
Volunteering – could you give your skills and time?

Prayer
We are part of the church, and need the prayers of God’s people. Even if you are not thinking about studying at Scottish School of Christian Mission you can make a huge contribution to the work we do here by praying regularly for us.

Giving - donate to SSCM
You might be surprised to learn that Scottish School of Christian Mission receives no financial support from the government and therefore relies on the income generated by student fees and by donations in order to operate. In a normal year we hope to have around 25% of our running costs covered by donations from individuals, churches, charitable trusts and other groups. We are very grateful to all who give to the college as we would not be able to exist without this help. If you would like to give a one-off donation towards the work we do here at Scottish School of Christian Mission please click here which will take you to a secure site for card payments.

If you would prefer to send a cheque, then please send one to the college address and our Business Manager will swiftly acknowledge it. If you would like to give regularly to the college you may wish to set up a Standing Order and also sign a Gift Aid form that could enable us to claim back from the government an additional 25% of your giving total each year – with no additional cost to you. To discuss this and alternative ways to support the college please contact our Business Manager, Andrew Dunipace.

Volunteering
Could you give your skills to help the college? We are always looking for people to help with administrative tasks or in the Grogan Library. Our Business Manager, Andrew Dunipace, is always happy to discuss ways to support the college, contact him here.

Thank you.

Let us love one another 1 John 4:7
